"Ordering was okay, but a little clunky"
I ordered from mbs.com and the order did go through, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything. The site just felt kind of clunky while I was using it. A few pages were slow to load, and I kept checking my cart because it didn’t seem to update right away. Maybe they were having a busy day or something, but I’m not really sure.
Checkout itself was straightforward, and I did get the confirmation email like expected. So overall, it worked, but it wasn’t the smoothest shopping experience. I’d probably order again if I needed to, though I do think the site could use a little polishing.

I had to send something back and the return process itself was simple enough. The instructions were clear, I didn’t have to go back and forth with support, and dropping it off was no hassle. I kind of forgot about it for a bit afterward, but the refund showed up about 5 days later. Would’ve been nice if it was instant, but it wasn’t really a problem...

"I did hear back from customer service..."
I did hear back from customer service eventually, so I can’t say they ignored me or anything, but yeah, it definitely took longer than I was expecting. I was kind of just sitting there wondering if I should follow up again, which was a little frustrating. In the end they helped me sort it out, so that’s good, but I do wish the response time had been quicker.

I ordered from MBS and everything went smoothly. My package shipped quickly and showed up right when they said it would, which is kind of all you can ask for, right? The tracking updated like it should and the box arrived in good shape. No complaints from me, I’d order again

"books were actually in stock"
i used mbs.com for my textbooks this semester and it was painless. the books i needed were actually in stock, which has definitely not been my experience with some other sites.
the editions and isbns matched what my class listed, so there were no annoying surprises when they arrived. shipping was fine too, so i'd use them again.

"Solid value for the price"
I checked around a bit and the prices on mbs.com were definitely fair compared to other options. Nothing felt overpriced, and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. I’d use them again as long as the prices stay this reasonable.
